Payments
Payment is accepted in the form of Pay Pal accounts or the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Shipping
We normally ship all items via FedEx Home or UPS ground. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Standard shipping time within the continental United States is 2-6 business days. Rates include shipping, handling and delivery confirmation. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge. Please call for details.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to fluctuations in seasonal demand and supplier variables, please allow 4 weeks for delivery. We strongly suggest that you order your Moth-Blockers™ well before the time you plan to set out your plants.
Returns
We personally inspect each piece to ensure the highest quality, but if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, send it back unused in its original packaging within 10 days of the product receipt. Please note that we will not refund shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error. After 10 days, we will charge a flat 20% restocking fee on all returned goods. All returns must be pre-approved. Contact us at bjgardensolutions@verizon.net for return authorizations.
When you are ready to ship the return, please include a note with:
- Your Full Name
- Order Date or Order Number
- E-mail Address
- Daytime Telephone Number
- Reason for Return
For your protection, consider using UPS or FedEx for shipment. We do not recommend that you send parcels uninsured. Please allow 7-14 business days from the day you ship your package for your return to be credited to your credit card account.

We hate spam! We do not send spam, nor do we ever sell our customers' personal information.
